LOCATION

The villa is located in a beautiful pine forest on the outskirts of Novo Sancti Petri, a modern beachside golf complex; 30 km from Cádiz, 50 km from Jerez, 120 km from Gibraltar, 155 km from Seville and 240 km from Málaga.

This region is the authentic Spain, the heart of Andalusia with its Sherry and "bodegas", its flamenco, bulls and horses, its "white villages" and natural parks.

The beach and restaurants are just a 3 minute drive away; with golf and other sporting facilities even closer.

LOUNGE

The lounge is located at the front of the Villa with a large window overlooking the ‘well kept’ front garden. This large ‘well furnished’ room has a ceiling fan, an open fireplace with chimney, two leather settees and rustic style furniture. The dining area has a rustic dining suite with six chairs; just in case you decide that you want to eat indoors. The room has Spanish TV, a DVD and sound system with a library of films and music CD’s.

KITCHEN

A large fully tiled modern kitchen located at the front of the house with a window overlooking the front garden. The kitchen is equipped with an electric/gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities, a large fridge/freezer and associated equipment.

BEDROOM 1

This room overlooks the rear garden and swimming pool and has a double bed with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

BEDROOM 2

This room overlooks the side garden and has two single beds with a single bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

BEDROOM 3

This room overlooks the rear garden and swimming pool and has two single beds with a single bedside cabinet, clothes storage facilities and a ceiling fan.

BATHROOM

This large family bathroom is fully tiled and incorporated a bath/shower, wash had basin, bidet and w.c.  Towels are provided for your use in the bathroom (beach/pool towels are not supplied).

OUTSIDE

The screened garden offers total privacy and has a decked area with shaded gazebo and a seating area.

The swimming pool is available for your exclusive use and has a shallow end with steps, which makes it safer for young children.

Sunbeds are available for each guest so that you can relax in this truly tranquil location.

There is a large screened patio to the side of the villa that is shaded by pine trees to provide protection from the midday sun. Good quality garden dining furniture will allow you to relax and dine ‘al fresco’ at your leisure. The garden barbecue will enable you to prepare delicious meals for the remainder of the guests, if you decide not to frequent the numerous local restaurants.

At the front of the villa there is a set of double gates that give access to a car parking area with space for two cars.

CARETAKER

For your complete peace of mind, we have an English Caretaker who lives locally and is available to assist with any unforeseen problems that may occur.
